The nature of, and the debate about the existance of, right and wrong is another topic that has all ready been discussed here a lot. Since you think there is no right or wrong except our personal beliefs, perhaps it would be more constructive for you to interpret questions I may ask about the right or wrong of a particular idea or action as right or wrong, within your personal belief. For example on the "Is any level of taxation wrong" question, you could answer it as if the question was "Do you personally think any level of taxation is wrong". In this question of the government treating adults as if they where children the question could then be "Do you personally object to the government treating adults as children?"
