How could they be? Wouldn't it be to much to ask of congress to go against the money and step into the mess CA. has gotten themselves into.


I would think that the federal gov't would be very concerned with CA and do whatever it could to stop this mess. We have a situation where the country is teetering on the edge of recession. Simultaneously, we have the sixth largest economy in the world shutting down from power shortages.

Given the above scenario, I think it would be smart for the feds to find a way to step in and help resolve the matter before it blows up big time.
