BEAS and CIEN are both stocks I want when the dust settles.

<< 11:58 ET BEA Systems (BEAS) 31 3/4 +15/16: Hearing that Lehman coming out in defense of BEAS after presentation at Lehman Software conference this morning; says visibility is very good.>>

Greg, I do not know what is happening but I do not trust this market either way. Did OK on my puts today but was not in any really big winners per say. BA is breaking down so I was in that. Wished I only had 2 button on my PC and I could retire in style.

button 1) Short sell
Button 2) Buy puts

LOL

That said I closed almost all my puts today for gains, I guess profit is profit but every time I would do better to just stay PUT.

In case there is a financial mess brewing, I added a basket of puts on CAC JPM C WM. Fortunaltely all were in the green when I did so. All but WM finished in the red.

This is wishy washy but I am prepared for a rally and I am prepared for a financial meltdow, and I am heavier in cash than any time this year. How bad can that be?
