<<I know of no alternative practical memory bandwidth increase technology that doesn't infringe on RMBS patents.>>

And what do you think 50% of the engineers in silicon valley are working on? Wats around RMBS technology. Also, lets not jump to conclusion about rmbs patents...you are assuming they are all valid and will be upheld......even if they win the court case overall, but lose any amount of royalty at all, it will be perceived as bad for rmbs...anyway, lets let the court decide...not you or I...but with that in mind...knowing right now the courts hold the key's to your future and knowing that as we speak, everybody is working towards their own technology and patents to avoid using rmbs.....do you really feel comfortable holding rmbs? I was a rmbs long for a long time....I see the picture much clearer now...could hit it bigtime....could also find themselves in a heap of hot water should things not go their way...they are not only looking at maybe missing royalties, but the possibility exists they may have to re-pay bacl royalties already paid them, and if they find the company violated the JD, their could be criminal implications as well.....all If's, no doubt...but sheez, those are some scary If's.......anyway, anything can happen...but with what has recently come tolight and with such fud hanging over this and possible negative implications, I can list 100 stocks I'd rather buy and not lose too much sleep over....sunw is one of them....the msft folks can bash all they want....sunw aint going anywhere......not saying it will shoot to $200, but I fully expect sunw to prosper from these levels, if/when the naz comes back and economy gets back on track.
