The fact remains that rates were cut in 1/2 even in that data... deeper at other banks and it didn't help, it won't be any different this time.

<Never trust the data that comes from the Ny Fed. You have to go to St Louis. The Ny Fed is a socialist engine. For example, for decades the Ny Fed ran a monetary base figure in the WSJ that rarely changed. Meanwhile, the true base was growing like a weed.>

Whatever, they had much more power and were much more meaningful in the markets than the other branches, so my point stands.
