I'm no expert but in my opinion the stakes are too high with this case. I can't see either company going the distance. Its just too big of a gamble.
Even though they are in trial I still say they settle before the jury comes in.

I have no position in RMBS but this is one of the most interesting stories in the market this year. The basic question is...can a company that has a legitimat patent be denied its rights no matter how or why they got those patents? I say shame on the other companies. RMBS was smart enough to get the patents and they deserve the full rights to them.
