I was just joking around but these days you can sue anyone for anything. And Intel has deep pockets.
Best thing to protect you against a lawsuit is to have no money.
If you help someone comit a fraud then you can be liable.
If such an act should trash your stock then the shareholders might sue.
Not saying either will happen.
