The dog here appreciates all the TA perspective from those of you that offer it up. I know just enough about TA to get myself in trouble. FA is the only thing I can really sink my fangs into. On the FA side: OPEC will they support the oil market? My bets were placed today that they will. Went from 50% cash down to 25%. All oil related. Even bought Triton near the close. Can't get much more oily than that. On the gas side we all know the story there just have to wait for it to unfold. Locally a friend works for BPA legal, she told me they had to spend 250 million buying electricity in the open market over the past couple months. They also had to rewrite the upcoming long term electric contracts 3 times due to the rising electrical markets. I'm thinking gas could run again not once but twice now this year. Once in summer and again late fall like this year. Two big price spikes. Tend to agree with those that don't believe in gold. Silver hit a 3 1/2 year low today. I bet Buffet would take his money back on the the silver trade and eat the carrying costs. Copper which is in short supply has continued to move down. Don't get me wrong I wish those that choose to trade gold stocks the best. Me I'm just going to watch them make all the money. Rah Rah Lots of short selling and put buying leads me to believe that a bottom could be close. When my neighbors talk about shorting a stock I know it's time to go long. Whenever it looks too easy that's when I hit the exit. Anyway 75% in all energy and energy related. Jimp will probably chew my butt but that's how I see em. Luck to all (gold bugs included)
