I think the effect is the opposite - as looks to be already reflected on the chart: Like a freeze and OJ. The infected livestock aren't dangerous to people - they're really dangerous to each other, so have to be slaughtered - creating shortages and price inflation.

Now if they could just come up with a disease that infected gold bullion, the gold bugs would finally get that repeat rally they've been waiting for for twenty years.

Goodyear Tire a formerly bull market blue chip standard into the 98 top broke below it's 94 levels over a year ago and has the five wave pattern of the a/d line i've described, in which the rally that was completed into the fed meeting was wave 4 and we should be in wave five down.

Outback could be hurt, in my country we have a lot of restaurants called Churrascaria, you can order all kind of meat(cow) . People here are starting to avoid it now.
BTW I will check this weekend Outback here to see if I can order a table quickly. Everytime I go there I need to wait about 20 minutes.
