Were the miscalculations you were referring to perhaps a failure to make a large enough quarterly tax payment in 1Q01?

Looks like an excellent buy at this price. I am hoping it goes lower on Monday so I can get more at $12 but I do not think it is going to happen. The news that scared people into selling is already fermenting.
