If you think we take snowmaking seriously, wait until you see the grooming! Our fleet of six Bombardier grooming machines is bigger than many ski areas twice our size. We resurface the trails two times each day so you can get the maximum fun on the slopes every day and night. A vitual tour of the Canyons property and visits to the other websites of American Skiing Co. lead me to believe there is real value in SKI. I contend the BASS family owning 51% of the common will prevent a CH 11. The merger with Meristar Hotels combinded with the good snow season should keep them solvent till their big projects kick in. We have the 2002 Olympics next Febuary to help. Lower interest rates will help debt and real estate sales. $25M of debt is being converted to common at double currant price.
