The claim is false and should be retracted. The poster may have miss read information and posted what the believed to be true. The post has not caused the stock to decline so there are no damages. The post should be corrected since it has been brought up that the information is not correct. This is how posts should be delt with instead of a worthless SLAPP suit that would hinder free speach.
