I believe you're correct, DD. RAD still owns 14% of DSCM, down from their original position (i believe they have sold some when DSCM was high --please double-check for accuracy).
The last time RAD recorded DSCM on its books was for around $2.5, which will have to be discounted even more this time around. DSCM is a nice thing to have on the side --it gives them an entry to the online world for a fraction of the cost (originally, and even more now that it's carried on the books as a very small amount. I think DSCM is good for RAD in the short-term (an online capability) and long-term (since DSCM is one of a very few survivors left in the dot.com world).
