Robert, that is the point I've been looking for Insiders buying
I read an article that Les posted here about stocks are now at Mutual funds and retail investors. IMO both are weak hands.

sure, that'll set a bottom. but this glut issue is real, the revenues will have to dip some before renewed growth ensues in tech. there's nothing "wrong" with tech, just that the balances of demand and supply, where demand is a function of true demand (people that pay for stuff, not just folks giving away everything for free) come into line.

anyhow... paintshop pro is just such a cool program...

geocities.com

will add in a few more scenarios... but my take is basically basebuilding will tak 6-9months, and the "bottom" will be slow and churnly (<- is there such a word?)
