Shaw, now we have him testifying before Congress and Senate committees in support of tax cuts.

His argument for changing his position on the tax cuts seems to be that tax revenues over these past few years have been at such a growth rate that they will now make it practical to implement tax cuts to avoid having the US government accumulate a surplus, after the deficit has been overcome.

Rear-view-mirror thinking again, IMO.

Those great tax revenue days the US government was enjoying are coming to an end.
Ya, they may still do well this year - based on previous years -
but does anyone think they're going to have those kind of tax revenue growths with the tech economy in a recession?

This is ugly and getting uglier.
IMO, someone down there needs to take charge.
And Greenspan ain't it.
