The alternative would be to sell not at a CTR peak, but on weakness--still before the bottom. That too is a pretty depressing thought.

On perhaps a more positive note, Bob is talking that he doesn't see any case for the Naz final bottom to be materially below 1400. And he is not saying it has to go that low in order to establish a final bottom. Hey, 1400 is *only* 16% lower, relative to a starting point of 3000.
