I would hazard a guess that there will be so many fingers over a sell button that there is at least a 50/50 chance that the move will be down.

Did not happen that way in January. Immediate reaction was a selloff.

The immediate reaction on this one will be a selloff if 1/4
unknown if 1/2, rise if 3/4.

I really doubt GS will do 3/4 but who knows?
