It's a suggested donation, which is what I brought up in my post the other day, like the museums do in NYC. People need to have some idea of what is recommended, or they'll have no guideline. But they can pay what they want. For instance, if I think I have time to lurk one morning this week, I will adjust my fee accordingly...if I have a whole week off to lurk, I'll pay more. That's my private decision.
