Midway Airline =12%, then went bankrupt
Gibralter Savings=12%, just before crashing
Weco (now part of Psd) held up well at 12% but only for a short time

Here's a speck of good news amid this fiasco:
As some of you might recall, I attended a job fair a little over a week ago and met a young women who recently moved here from Wyoming after her father died of cancer. The family is, understandably, having financial problems.
I'm happy to report that, by chance, I saw her again Saturday afternoon at the public library. She is happily employed at a local hospital (already) and is, in fact, studying to become a nurse.
A case of hopefulness restored. Good to see.
