Incidentally, that same issue contains a few very good articles, amongst them an interview with Tom Siebel. I don't really follow Siebel as an investment, but I may start now. That guy reminds me of the banker's wife --MB met: he has the sort of against-the-grain common sense that makes you want to weep. In addition to the fact that he hates Larry Ellison for all the right reasons, the Siebel Systems he describes is incredibly focused on customer satisfaction. Get this: their conference rooms are named after customers! Worth the read, although surely not the $17 (!) purchase price. ardethan@wow.net
