Is there anyone here who didn't shake their heads as IPO valuations like FMKT and LNUX and WEBM occurred? Or at NUFO's rise last year? Did anyone here have great confidence in the PEs we were seeing?

I think the odd market reactions signal something new in the attitude of investors (not traders). They're saying Greenspan doesn't matter. They're done.

With institutions shorting and investors sidelined, even if every daytrader suddenly went long, I don't think the market can rise far.

Even a .75 cut does not suffice as a catalyst beyond a handful of days. We need positive developments, company by company...
