Someone PM'd me and told me to ignore you, and I agreed, but that was before my first espresso. So I apologize to that person for breaking my word.

<Tax cuts are an iffy proposition. More of a re-distribution of wealth than a boon.>

Actually it's the Democrats who want to redistribute wealth from those who earn it and pay the most taxes to those who don't. In other words, liberals like you want to take wealth from the people who have demonstrated an ability to create it, (and along with it jobs and purchasing power) and redistribute to those who have not. Letting people keep more of what they earn, regardless of how much they earn is fair, not a redistribution of wealth. Your way is called socialism.

<He has done absolutely nothing for the economy yet but suggest tax cuts will help us.>

This is an example of how a liberal thinks; someone in govt. can wave a magic wand and fix everything. I assure you AS, the election of Gore would have not suddenly caused companies to increase capital spending or make the price of microchips go up. The market would be exactly where it is right now, regardless of who won the election.

I'm glad liberals like you are suffering so much grief over losing the White House, it makes up for all the time conservatives like me had to put up with a psychotic, corrupt, self obsessed, philanderer as President.
