Well that would be one possible outcome. It means of course that if this larger H&S you describe ever breaks, that the SPX's target would be approximately 420 - just rough measurement, and these measurement of the pattern provides a guide only for the expected outcome. Its not like its written in stone that price action will *always* follow through to the target.

Its all speculation at any rate, although higher probability speculation than AJC's year end target.
