why is the blue neckline in 1968 not drawn on the bottom of the decline but in the present chart it is? also how long of a rally from this pt do you interpret the 1970 chart to be from this pt if we mirror exactly?

Donald,

or can the various indices progress through the 3-PHASES at different times.

In no way am I saying that the NAZ/NDX cant go lower, since I have the lowest target at 1063 on the NDX. Im just wondering that if the SPX and DOW continued down hard, if the NAZ/NDX will either follow downwards or less possibly benefit from some sort of reduced sector rotation where they may not go down as much or even go up some.

I have the same questions running through my head Don, and I think its all guess work at this point. I have a hard time imagining the Nas not falling farther if the SPX/NYA non tech joins in the decline in an increasingly significant way.

But I think your thoughts on the decline being slower and perhaps reversing sooner than the rest of the market - seems likely. I guess it largely depends on how much money is still in tech vs the rest.

Best regards,
Michael
