I have them cooked well. The shit is tasteless (imo)- I just don't want to be infected with it. Nor do I want my children to be infected with it. And quite frankly, meat just doesn't taste as good to me anymore. Probably because I know more about how it gets to my table- and I don't like it.. I don't eat imported foods for the same reason. I know that foreign growers make lots of mistakes with agricultural chemicals- and I don't want to be eating their mistakes. It's about risk management. edit- was trying to think when I last had steak. It's been years. And I don't miss it. In fact the thought of it makes me feel sort of ill.
