March 29, 1997 rate raised .25 from 5.25 to 5.50

Sept 29, 1998 rate lowered .25 from 5.50 to 5.25

October 15, 1998 rate lowered .25 from 5.25 to 5.00

November 17, 1998 rate lowered .25 from 5.00 to 4.75

June 30, 1999 rate raised .25 from 4.75 to 5.00

August 24, 1999 rate raised .25 from 5.00 to 5.25

November 16, 1999 rate raised .25 from 5.25 to 5.50

February 2, 2000 rate raised .25 from 5.50 to 5.75

March 21, 2000 rate raised .25 from 5.75 to 6.00

May 16, 2000 rate raised .50 from 6.00 to 6.50

January 3, 2001 rate lowered .50 from 6.50 to 6.00

January 31, 2001 rate lowered .50 from 6.00 to 5.50
