BULLSHIT, Richard. It IS as I asserted. If you think women outside of our borders need less financial aid than they do inside our borders, you are kidding yourself. You don't think unwanted pregnancies from say our 2 nafta neighbors aren't worth keeping a financially supportive eye on?

We fund foreign agendae of all kinds with US tax dollars:
military funding for helping to train killers outside our USA who are primarily the way young male population growth is kept in check globally should also have its funding cut...

or are you suggesting it is more "humane" to kill foreign males in the prime of their post adolescence virility than to fund "foreign" abortions?

ore are you suggesting it is more "humane" to infect all infants of goldmining countries such as south Africa and let them die, male and female than to fund foreign abortions.

Women are women all over the world...and we are a leader among free women with choices. Foreign funding was just a smoke screen, spin-doctoring, sounds good on TV pap. You need to get to a couple of N.O.W. or Planned Parenthood meetings, Richard.

There is no US and "them" Richard...we're all on this planet together, ESPECIALLY THE WOMEN!

Now to bring this back to topic, this is what I said:
Don't tell me how wonderful Bush is,
First he cut the rug out from under women, just as I feared...
Then he gutted his own tax proposals which left the estate tax and marriage penalty intact, contrary to his promises,
That makes him ZIP for 3 so far...
and if he doesn't UNDO Clinton's land grab which affects mining in a HUGE way, he'll be ZIP for 4 and not even
be in office a 100 days, which indicates to me, this will be a LONG presidency of shame, just like Clinton's was,
with only the subjects changed to distract the populace.

A screwing is a screwing, Republican Screwing or Democrat Screwing...and its all STILL being done in the oval office best as I can tell! Only the names [on the door plaque] and the RUG have been changed...to protect the innocent? HRRRRMPH!

Bush reinstated the "gag rule", forbidding Federal dollars to help foreign organizations that either provided abortions or even offered abortion as a counseling choice:
