K, the way i see it, is that the market has been making a complex rotational top since april 1998, during that topping phase, we got the blow-off in speculation, thats why i think that people showing these percentage charts where the nas is coming back in line with the dow, and all will be ok now is wrong, the nas was way overvalued in april-july 98, the levels it's at now, during the bull market, just because price has come down a lot from the top in these stocks doesn't at all mean their any bargain. cash is king, shorting is spicey, long is wrong
