All I was trying to say was in my case my real estate investments over the years have out performed my stock market returns, with the exception of Msft and Amcc.

I was teasing with my dry sense of humor. Clearly, you do not have all your eggs in one basket or you would not be on this thread<G>

did sell my Capstone (cpst) last week so its been removed from my portfolio.

I have not sold mine. One reason is it would raise very little cash now. It can only go to zero but I doubt that will happen.

By the way, my best performing investment is my fixed income such as municipal bonds.
