There are so many great people and minds on SI, and as many or more honest and earnest folks that can benefit from the environment and hopefully one day contribute. I personally do not think that SI has really suffered over the years, today seems no different than the environment two years ago or more. In fact, if anything the environment is improving, as the survivors clearly have reasons for surviving! I'm sure that through the cross pollination of threads by thoughtful people, and this is already taking place all over SI, we will all benefit from important fundamental and technical discussions held here and elsewhere.
