I think a tradeable rally is coming; Monday might be the day to go flat after a little more downside ... at any rate it makes sense not to be a hero going into the FOMC meeting -- bound to be a small pop and it might be a good one

that's only the recognition phase imo...it will lead to a rally, but probably not a durable one.
