XCR, that is one sad and scary article. I don't know many people, but I know a few who have fallen pray to that ATM tax this past year... not to the same degree, though. Just one more reason that I think the market will continue its slide, even if the feds cut by 75 b.p. People in that category will use any market strength in the end of March or April in order to sell stock to pay taxes. That and people scared of the stock market and want to get out... bonds and money market funds have seen their highest number of investment dollars stacked into them in years. NAZ going to 1600 or lower... now I start to ask "why not?"
