Margin is not a good idea at this point, no matter how bullish you are about the "market on the edge of a cliff."

At least wait for the bigger trend down to be broken imo.

That's a sign of a bottom??? LOL, sure they'll be some rallies, but the bottom will occur when the 'buy and hold' "stocks for the long run" mantra is no where to be found. It'll be a while.
