Tuesday will be an interesting day.

1) >>Charles E. Levine, president of Sprint PCS, will unveil the company's plans at the upcoming CTIA Wireless 2001 Conference in Las Vegas on Tuesday, March 20 at the Venetian Hotel and Casino in the C2K Showroom. Demonstrations of applications running on a 3G1x technology, Sprint PCS' first phase of 3G, will also take place at the Lucent booth on the CTIA exhibit hall floor that afternoon.

Levine will outline Sprint PCS' migration plans for 3G, as well as plans to introduce the technology to the Sprint PCS network later this year. Because Sprint PCS has built the nation's largest all-PCS network from the ground up based on CDMA technology, the network migration will be made with relative ease and much less expense than other wireless and technology companies. <<
