At this end, I'll start buying the techs when I see the price wars reversing, the inventories cleansed, and demand surging. The stock prices may be well below anything we can currently imagine before the above occurs.

I am also on the lookout for "stocks that do well in bad times". I expect military/defense, gambling and infrastructure-related stocks to prosper. I love sewer and water related stocks already. (g)
