Zeev, if the FED with all the information they have available and with the clear task of being preemptive does not do it's job than who will and why have the FED in the first place? That is my point! The Y2K phenomena was mostly a promotion by the software companies doing Y2K work and over hyped by the media as usual. Secondly several times I posted on SI that even if the FED erred and had such a fear of Y2K then why not request higher margin deposits from commercials trading financial markets? Haim
