Dude, you use TA every fricken day. You just don't have funny names for your patterns. You use your own experience in watching the tape.

If you never looked at charts/price/volume and only looked at income statements, management, etc., then you can say TA is bunk. The truth is EVERYBODY uses some form of TA.
