Rande Is, if my understanding of a 4DML is correct, we are beginning the 3rd day of a 4DML. We should make a low tomorrow afternoon. This will be an interesting event since it coincides with the Fed decision at 2:15. Perhaps we decline into the Fed meeting and then rally.
