My only objection to the expenditure & my whole support for restriction of the abortions was to the US paying for elective medical care outside this country. The money should be given back to the US taxpayer & that person be allowed to support any medical care anywhere the deem correct. btw, Isn't the government spending of the money(unlike the ongoing easing of overall environmental restrictions) the sole point that topic meets this topic?
