I hope prices drop in AZ. I went out looking with my brother in the foothills of Tucson last week and houses seemed much more expensive. The area we looked in had houses that three years ago sold for between 350,000 and 375,000 and now were between 490,000 and 520,000. I do not know if it is just the area we were in, but I was shocked and disapointed. I had hoped for lower prices given the economic downturn. I will not be in the market for 3-4 more years however, so perhaps by then.......
