Both Siebel and i2 management have addressed the issue of not taking on more growth or customers than they can handle and serve because of the increasing risk of not being able to serve and provide maintenance for that scenario. It does mean lost customers, but it also means longevity of the customer base that is taken on. Hence, we have competitive forces in the market place that do pick up the customers not taken on by a Siebel or an i2

Although in some instances, customers will surely wait. According to Siebel, that's what happened with MCI (I think that was the company). Siebel declined to take them on at the time, and they now have 17k employees standardized on Siebel.
