Zeev the bubble started in October 1999 and in earnest in January 2000 they had plenty to time to act intelligently, further wen asked AG said he does not see any bubble the market is smarter in Congress testimony. He had plenty of room to confer in closed doors and take real action but fact is he did not comply with the very basic task of the FED price stability ..... therefore he should resign period.
