Jim (re: AMCG), Still wondering if AMCG is one for Eddy? It has a possible impact date in April. Let me know what you think. Facts: Current OS: 980,000 Current Bid x Ask: $0.16 x 0.19 Market Cap: $181,000 3-mo. Sales: $979,000 Market: Custom blended soil/peat moss mixes for nurseries, golf courses, etc. Location: Southern Florida. Impact Events: Negative: Convertible loan due March 31, 2001 in the amount of $640K (plus 10% interest). Conversion is at rate of $0.25/share (appears to be fixed rate). Positive: Scheduled to open new $1 million processing plant sometime in April. Plant is expected to increase their capacity 10x, and will be much closer to current customer base. My belief is the company is waiting until after 3/31 to release more news. D Rat
