With a negative profit margin a 5 billion dollar contract may not be such a great thing. I'd short it but I hate eating leftovers.

VZ deal will help LU with their Agere IPO, along with steep rate cuts will get them out of the hole. They can rebuild their reputation very quickly with a few surprise triumphs. Remember this used to be the #1 company in the investment and telco world. And VZ is the biggest customer in the world with INCREASED expenditures on build-out and infrastructure this year. Nice save, LU.
