TRAC Completes Stock Buyback;Authorizes New Buyback of 2.5 Million Shares
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 20, 2001--Track Data Corporation (Nasdaq NMS: TRAC - news) made two announcements today regarding stock buyback plans. First, the Company announced that it recently completed the repurchase of 2,000,000 of its shares in the open market, pursuant to its previously announced buyback plan. Second, the Company announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the purchase of up to an additional 2,500,000 shares of its common stock in market transactions from time to time.
