At this point I don't believe things are as bad as some of us are believing

But that doesn't mean we can't have a rally to draw in more money for the monster. What I'm trying to figure now is if a rally here will be exclusive to the COMP. Will the Dow take the hit after the rate cut? That will be telling for the size of the rally the COMP gets.
