I think Cramer thinks that someone might get cute and squeeze.

The people who are getting out of lock up could stop it from being borrowed, and
set up orders to sell at about 30% above the current price...

Worse yet - some of the locked up shares may already be borrowed. IF they get sold, the
person short gets a call to bring them back in...lots of fun.

There seem to be far too many people short this one. I'd rather be short tech.

Good doughnuts, however.
