"However, the UK government refuses to take any blame for
the high price paid in its 3G auction"

With an attitude like that, who wouldn't need help??

Ilmarinen.

Btw, this early morning I had a secrete discussion with
my closest buddy, kind of.
Additionally I conducted a much longer really secrete
discussion and meeting with myself, as I usually do for
most of time I'm awake, and also when I'm not, sometimes
even secrete to myself. (however, my wet, mumbling dreams
are not what they once were in early puberty)

Bottom line is of course who likes to write soap scripts
of secrete meetings and talks, extended this and that and
licenses, markets and auctioned conditions to be
relaxed?? (ref Kari-P Wilska)

Plus the Kemplerer Oxford School incentive to start earning
real money really fast (ho-ho-ho)), faster than the interest
rolls in, not just hope for transfering cost to more
beautiful markets and additionally maybe picking up
small ruptered bancruptcies at factory outlet prices.
(defined as cowboy capitalism, share cropper mentality and
keeping in debt to the company store, popular wet dream
has many names)

The time of divide, bundle, babylonian dump and pump,
boom and bust imperiums, even leningrad cowboys ended last
century.

Must be a tough situation when the handset keys are lost...

P.P.S. But I must salute the media to have focused
more on UK than the industrial BMW-Mercedes-motor
in the middle of the common EU market.

P.P.P.S Intersting that EU at the same time gives an
order to really talk 3G, some kind of weird,
secrete, domestic, mutant misunderstanding outside EU??
