Hi Mike, It looks like they are transforming FAX into more of an Pac Rim debt fund. I've already seen that
some people are questioning if the quality of their debt portfolio is decreasing and if so, what is the magnitude of
quality deterioration. I don't have enough hard data, to be able to answer this question.

It will be interesting to see more details on what Aberdeen Asset management actually does in running the
portfolio.

in short, I'm not sure if it's a buy or not. Let's watch it.

I'd like to see it there are days where it's down more than 10% on more than 3 times daily volume as this
would show institutional distribution.
