patron_anejo_por_favor , it's called : " we handle cash only "....happens
in America ( except for CA ) every day.
CA uses the " New Math. " method of computing,
so their calculations are a little bit different.
Univ. of CA at Berkeley has a committee looking into the
problem of different math. and are trying to see if
" we can't all get along " in the same fashion,

California Orders Rolling Blackouts Today During
Power Shortage
By Daniel Taub

Folsom, California, March 19 (Bloomberg) -- California's electricity-grid manager
ordered rolling blackouts after saying almost half of the state's alternative-energy
producers stopped selling power over concerns they won't get paid.

Some alternative energy producers aren't operating today ``because of financial
concerns and an inability to purchase fuel to run the plants,'' the ISO said in a
press release.
